STEWART ROOM

The Stewart Room, the only first floor guestroom at the Hilltop Inn, has its own shady porch just outside a beautifully crafted stained glass door.

This large and inviting guestroom has a king sized bed with bold floral bedding, striped roman window shades, a gorgeous slate and iron fireplace with a wooden mantel, and parquetry work in the floors which together create a breezy Bahamas feel beneath the dark wood ceiling fan.

A flat screen plasma TV tastefully hidden behind a mantle panel and wireless internet access will keep you as connected as you want to be. But if you prefer to seek sanctuary in romance and luxury, don one of the laundered Frette robes you'll find in the cupboard, or climb in between the fine Italian linens on the bed, and experience the timeless elegance of our hospitality.

The dramatic bathroom features a whirlpool tub replete with garden views, a make up vanity, a plasma TV and a double marble shower. The Stewart Room served as the home office of Dr. Stewart, the builder and original owner of the property; that may account for its serene situation and handsome views.
