Using the information below, you can quickly see what room type is available, the dates the room type is available, the published rate of the room, the discounted "Last Minute" rate and the amount of savings each night. Once you determine the room you would like to reserve, call our toll-free reservation line at 800-846-0392 to reserve the room and lock in the rate.

Please note that "Last Minute" discounted rates cannot be combined with any other "special offers" and are available for new reservations, made at the "last minute" only and are non-refundable if cancelled. If you already have a reservation with us on any of these dates, we appreciate you choosing the Hilltop Inn and it is our commitment to provide you with first-class personal service and the finest accommodations available in Newport, however, we cannot offer discounted rates to existing reservations.
